How can I enable Beeper Desktop API?

You can go to Settings → Developers to enable it. Follow the instructions in the app or read the documentation.

Can I use this with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor?

Yes. In Beeper Desktop, go to Settings → Developers → MCP and follow the steps. Learn more here.

Aren't my chats encrypted?

Beeper Desktop API runs entirely on your device and is only available when the app is running.
